Begin the class with an introduction to ingredients before diving into the curry. Practice knife skills by chopping seasonal vegetables. Add it to the stir fry with tofu, cilantro and aromatic spices. Use coconut milk and curry paste to make a creamy dish with a depth of flavor. Switch to the sweet side and make a decadent chocolate mousse made creamy with coconut milk. Add in oats, dates and chia seeds for extra flavor and texture.
