The chef was great, very nice, very informative, but would have loved to have a more hands on experience! Everyone having their own little set up to make the pasta, everyone getting a turn at the sauce etc. and being able to take some home would have been great!

Chef Javier’s culinary ventures have taken him from Mexico City to Ontario. He quickly ascended from sous chef to head chef, maintaining a blend of humility, passion and respect for food and those he cooks for. He prides himself on his merging of Mexican flavor with French technique to create his own unique brand of cuisine.
