Chef Vinutha will set up your station for an immersive experience that brings the rich traditions of sushi right to your fingertips. Under expert guidance, you’ll start by crafting a comforting bowl of miso soup. Next, master the craft of rolling three exquisite types of sushi, each bursting with authentic flavors (vegetarian options available upon request). Conclude your culinary journey by creating your own delightful mochi ice cream, a sweet and satisfying finish to your Japanese feast.

Miso Soup
With tofu, nori, green onion, miso paste, dashi and soy sauce
Assorted Sushi (One Roll of Each)
Uramaki, Spicy Tuna or Shrimp Temaki, Kappa Maki
*vegetarian substitution available*
With sushi rice, nori, tuna or shrimp, carrot, cucumber, avocado, rice vinegar, sugar, sesame seeds and mayonnaise
Mochi
With rice flour, sugar, matcha, strawberries and sweet red bean paste

With roles as line chef, event sales specialist and service associate, Chef Vinutha has created an eclectic career in the culinary industry. She holds a special passion for pairing food and wine and loves creating Indian, Italian, Thai and Lebanese dishes for her friends and family to enjoy. When she isn't teaching, Chef Vinutha is busy creating her own catering company and broadcasting videos celebrating the cuisine of South India on her YouTube channel.
