You'll begin the class by learning how to make pasta from scratch. Combine flour, eggs and water to make a homemade dough. Then, you'll learn the technique to knead the dough and roll it out. Use your choice of beef, veal or rabbit meat to make a savory filling. While the ravioli cooks, you'll make a flavorful sauce filled with fresh onions, celery and carrots.
