During this in-depth cooking class, you'll learn all about making straightforward non-dairy recipes as you craft a wonderful dairy-free Italian feast from scratch. 


To kick things off, you'll enjoy a refreshing mocktail as a warm welcome before getting straight into learning how to make an incredible dairy-free menu that includes tofu cashew ricotta lasagna rolls, caesar salad topped with a scrumptious cashew-based dressing and, of course, a dessert of chocolate cake with chocolate ganache, all sans the dairy. This immersive experience will not only teach you essential cooking techniques but also introduce you to a variety of dairy-free ingredients that can transform your performance in the kitchen.
