Transport yourself to Italy in this hands-on cooking class. Chef Justin will teach you how to make decadent Italian dishes that are sure to impress. Wrap medjool dates in savory prosciutto and stuff them with creamy goat cheese. Then, refresh your palate with roasted beets paired with fresh Burrata cheese and a drizzle of balsamic glaze. Craft pasta dough from scratch and add spinach basil filling with ricotta to make handmade ravioli with a decadent white wine cream sauce. Indulge in a classic tiramisu layered with mascarpone and lady fingers for dessert.

With imported Burrata, citrus-braised red & yellow beets, crispy sage, balsamic glaze and segmented orange
