Cooking Class: Healthy Indian Cuisine
Enjoy a flavorful and healthy Indian feast in this immersive cooking class led by Chef Madan. You'll learn how to make healthy versions of classic Indian dishes. To begin the class, you'll use a variety of fruits and seasonings to make a refreshing fruit chat. Next, make palak paneer with yogurt, spinach and spices. Make paratha, a golden flatbread to eat as a side with fluffy white rice. Finally, make sheviya with homemade wheat flour or semolina vermicelli noodles to use as a base for your meals.
