Cooking Class: The Art of Indian Cuisine
Indulgent Indian cuisine will be the focus of this hands-on cooking class. Chef Madan will teach you the traditional recipes and techniques from a variety of Indian regions. To begin, you'll make onion pakora with chickpea flour fried with golden brown and green chutney. Then, learn how to make an iconic butter chicken with yogurt, tomatoes and aromatic spices. Then, make rice roasted with cumin seeds and a flaky naan to enjoy on the side. Finish by making a decadent rice kheer flavored with saffron for dessert.
