Chef Charita was very informative, explaining the recipe and allowing us to be involved in the process. We enjoyed the evening very much. The meal was amazing. We learnt some new skills.
Chef Charuta began her culinary career in Mumbai and Bangalore, India, before taking on roles in bistros around Ontario. The hospitality skills she acquired through her education in hotel management have served her well through the years. She's also acted as a photographer for a spice start-up. With a specialty in authentic Indian dishes, Chef Charuta takes joy in creating food and helping others develop and hone their kitchen skills.
