Learn how to make handmade sushi in this immersive cooking class. Under the guidance of Chef Ahmet, you'll learn how to make a variety of sushi styles. Start the class by making a savory miso soup with wakame and tofu. Then, learn how to make sushi rice for two types of sushi. You'll make maki rolls with fresh fish, sauce and seaweed. Then make nigiri with seaweed and sushi rice. End the meal with green tea mochi for a refreshing dessert.
