Learn how to make a few classic Korean dishes healthier in this immersive cooking class. Chef Renee will teach healthy recipes and classic culinary techniques to make three flavorful dishes. You'll make seafood or scallion pancakes with chickpea flour with a flavorful dipping sauce on the side. Next, make savory Korean beef short ribs topped with a homemade gochujang. Refresh your palate with a kimchi salad made with napa cabbage, carrots and scallions. These are sure to become go-dishes you'll want to make again.
