Cooking Class: Italian Family Cooking

Inspired by his own grandmother’s recipes, Chef Luca shares a few famous family recipes passed down from generation to generation in this hands-on cooking class. First, you will prepare a traditional Tuscan salad with bread crumbs and a seasoned tomato and cucumber mix. Next, you will assemble a flavorful rice cake with an equally flavorful rice cake sauce. And finally, you will make a crunchy chocolate dessert of castangmaccio fritters.
