If you have perfected pasta making at home, try your hand at pasta-making like the restaurant professionals in this hands-on cooking class. Chef Luca will guide you step-by-step through the process of making pasta the Italian way. First, you will start by poaching eggs to serve over roasted asparagus and potatoes. Next, you will learn how to assemble a classic stuffed pasta dish originating from the Lombardy region in Italy before drawing from French techniques to make pommes purée with fried pasta. Finally, you’ll end class on a sweet note by learning how to bake cinnamon biscuits.
