In this hands-on cooking class, you will learn the intricacies of crafting a creative and flavorful menu. In this interactive experience, Chef Thaung Lin will show you how to use an array of kitchen techniques like knife skills and proper timing to prepare a feast that highlights all that is wonderful about Thai cuisine. First, you will utilize farm-fresh ingredients to make a seasonal green papaya salad with dried shrimp and fresh chilies. Next, you will make a traditional hot and sour seafood soup with lemon grass and galangal to serve alongside the main event - a chicken curry featuring both Thai eggplant and Thai basil.
