We have experienced oodles of chefs tables but none were as memorable as our dinner last night. He interacted with participants in a delightful manner. The atmosphere was one of a "special event" to the delight of everyone!
Chef Jason first tied his apron strings at Le Cordon Bleu before embarking on a journey of culinary mastery. He climbed the ranks as a Junior Sous Chef and ascended to the rank of Executive Chef in high-end country clubs around Winnipeg. Along the way, he discovered a passion for mentoring other chefs and fostering leadership in his kitchen. This love of sharing is the essential seasoning in every course Chef Jason teaches.
