Dive into this fun and festive cooking class where you will learn to craft gourmet versions of pub food. Chef Padma will guide you through the essentials of pub food, like frying up onion rings, avocado wedges, chicken wings and jalapeño peppers. Discover the art of perfecting the flat iron slider with caramelized onions, Thousand Island dressing and brioche. Craft a small, classic Reuben sandwich from scratch with a side of truffle Parmesan fries. Finish with a comforting bread pudding.
