Learn to craft Asian street food by hand in this immersive cooking class. Discover the art to designing Vietnamese salad rolls with rice paper, locally sourced fresh produce and sweet chili sauce. Work with prawns, rice vermicelli and tamarind sauce to form delectable pad thai. Make enjoyable sate ayam with chicken, herbs and peanut sauce. Throw your arms into it as you combine pork, panko and Japanese dipping sauce for a scrumptious pork katsu. Finish with a soft treat of tapioca pudding.
