Cooking Class: Classic Indian Dishes Made Vegetarian

To start, make Indian nachos, chaat papdi, topped with potatoes, onions and chickpeas and covered in a tamarind sauce and coriander chutney. Next, transform chickpeas and tomatoes into a flavorful chana masala. Whip up naan from scratch to enjoy alongside your meal. And finish with a pistachio kulfi for a rich and creamy dessert.
