In this hands-on cooking class with Chef Ajinkya, you will learn how to prepare a modern take on a traditional dish hailing from the Southern region of Italy. Acqua pazza is made by poaching fish in a flavorful broth made of garlic, herbs, olive oil and tomatoes. Chef Ajinkya will help you prepare spaghetti acqua pazza, a variation of its original recipe where the poaching liquid is used to prepare spaghetti instead of fish.
