Using a hands-on approach, Chef Ajinkya will help you develop new techniques for preparing balanced dishes. You will learn how to sear tuna to perfection, assemble an au gratin dish with mushrooms and beef in a stroganoff sauce, and carefully whip cream to form a classic vanilla mousse.
