Cooking Class: Fabulous Mexican Flavor
Chef Mathieu has prepared an in-person cooking class celebrating the vibrant flavors of Mexican cuisine, perfect for cooks of all skill levels to add new dishes to their personal cookbooks. Create sweet and spicy street corn, cook up tostadas topped with zesty chicken tinga and creamy refried beans and put together an elevated version of guacamole, flavored with pomegranate seeds and shallots. For dessert, bake your own crispy churros with an easy dulce de leche dipping sauce.

Chef Mathieu was amazing! He was very energetic and kept the cooking class fun! The food was delicious and easing to make and his instructions were clear and direct. Definitely would try again
