In this hands-on cooking class, the dough takes on a few different forms from sweet to savory. Chef Bige will guide you through the process of hand-making three specialty doughs. You will incorporate cinnamon and a sweet glaze to make a popular bun. Next, you'll learn how to make a filling out of fresh cream and a decadent jam for a traditional British sweet treat. Finally, you will make popular rolls using an essential kitchen ingredient, garlic.

Chef Bige is one of those rare people who does not keep the knowledge to herself with all her wisdom and magnanimity, and who has no problem sharing it with those around her, with the sensitivity she shows to the natural and special ingredients she uses when preparing the delicacies she creates in his menu. We started chatting so much that I felt like we had known each other for years...

It was great fun preparing food and chatting with our chef. We received so much useful information and talked about so many different topics that I never understood how we did so much. Naturally, I can say that the taste of this pleasant day remained in my palate. I think we, as a group, had the same idea and our chef and we decided to repeat these enjoyable days every month :))
Chef Bige is an exceptional cook with over 30 years of experience in the culinary arts. Her passion for creating outstanding dishes and pastries is evident in her work. She specializes in healthy cooking, gluten-free options, keto and organic certified vegan beverages. Bige graduated from Le Cordon Bleu College of Culinary Arts in 2015 with a focus on patisserie and food sciences. She enjoys sharing her joy for healthy and creative cooking with her community.
