Purchased this cooking class as a fun event to enjoy with friends. The venue that was used (brewery) did not lend itself to a cooking class as there was not a kitchen and there was minimal hands on cooking preparation experience. The tables were crowded as there approx. 18 people in this class. Overall, over promised and under delivered based on the promotional material "Vibrant Latin Fiesta". Class was not at all what we were expecting. Chef Brad was very nice. He explained the food and ingredients and how to prepare clearly. He did most of the preparation ahead of the class as there was not space, facility or time to make it during the class. The flavors in the food Chef Brad prepared was very nice and we may even try to make this at home.

There wasn’t any cooking done for a “cooking class”. All we did was stir ingredients for the crema for the elotes and roll balls of dough. Chef Brad premade the salsa and the meat. Originally, we were also supposed to make enchiladas but the venue didn’t even have an oven, so we switched over to tacos. Even with these shortcomings, the final meal was still good and I think with a venue with a proper kitchen (ours was at a brewery), the experience would have been much better.
