Learn the technique for cutting and grating potatoes and mixing them with flour, salt and eggs to make gnocchi dough. Learn how to shape the pasta and boil it to perfection. Next, learn how to make a creamy tomato sauce with San Marzano tomatoes and heavy cream flavored with garlic and red pepper. Mix them together for a delectable feast.
