Cooking Class: Big Fat Greek Favorites
Learn how to prepare a traditional Greek feast in this interactive cooking class. Chef Levi will teach you how to make a savory three-course meal that is easy to recreate at home. Discover how to fry and flambe a hard cheese in brandy to serve alongside your homemade pita bread. For your main meal, prepare a classic chicken souvlaki and make tzatziki sauce from scratch. Then, create a roasted vegetable medley and herb rice pilaf to serve with the main course. End by crafting a sweet rice pudding for dessert.

Levi showed me how to make cream cheese and red pepper stuffed button mushrooms. Fully explained the whole process - the finished product looked absolutely delicious. The cheese was browned on top, the mushrooms were cooked but still firm - great dish.
