Experiment in the kitchen with the most modern techniques for preparing Italian fare in this exciting hands-on cooking class, courtesy of Chef Rahul. You'll learn the secrets for transforming simple ingredients into one-of-a-kind dishes to dazzle your friends and family. 


Your lesson begins with a classic caprese salad bursting with juicy heirloom tomatoes and buffalo mozzarella flavored with fresh basil. Next up, prepare butternut pasta from scratch and top it with molecular cavair, a scientific twist on a familiar element. You'll also create osso buco paired with vegetable ash and assemble a tiramisu to finish your lesson with a touch of sweetness.
