Cooking Class: Learn Four Vibrant Vegan Indian Recipes

Create a variety of unique Indian dishes locals love in this hands-on cooking class with Chef Parsati. 


Across four courses, you'll discover what India has to offer without needing your passport. Start with a vegan tofu tandoori with aromatic spices and pickled onions. Next, you'll create a hearty bowl of cholae masala garbanzo peas cooked in a tomato-based gravy with Indian spices. You'll also learn how to prepare fresh peas pulao with basmati rice. For dessert, you'll prepare a tart cranberry halwa with semolina and sugar.

Cooking with Chef Parsati was an awesome experience! She taught us how to cook delicious food while also explaining in great depth the purpose of particular spices and ingredients. It was very fun to cook alongside someone who was so passionate about cooking!

This was an excellent class! Chef Parsati catered the class to my dietary restrictions and made sure to provide examples along the way of different things I could try and alternatives that could work well with every dish. The food was amazing, and I left the class having learned a ton about how to make Indian food at home on my own. Overall a great experience!
