To begin the class, you'll make a savory miso soup filled with tofu and spring onions and make classic sushi rolls with seaweed, cucumber and avocado. Next, make a buckwheat noodle and shiitake mushroom salad topped with baby corn and sesame seeds. Master the art of making tempura by battering carrots, sweet potatoes and mushrooms fried until crispy and golden brown, served with savory salmon pillows. Finish the meal with a creamy matcha custard topped with miso caramel.
