Three decades in the culinary industry have allowed Chef Paul to hone his skills and techniques to craft traditional Japanese dishes.
Begin the class by making a classic miso soup with tofu and spring onions. Fry wonton skins into a crispy appetizer. And roll up cucumber and avocado in seaweed into delicious sushi. Next, make an earthy salad with buckwheat noodles, shiitake mushrooms, spring onions and tofu. Batter carrots, sweet potatoes and mushrooms to make a crispy vegetable tempura.
