You'll begin the class by by making homemade tostadas filled with pork, chicken or beef with black beans and spicy jalapeños. Then, fill tortillas with chicken thighs, fish fillet or beef briskets and fresh vegetables to make decadent tacos. Mix fish, lemon, coconut cream, red onions and corn chips to make a classic ceviche. On the side, enjoy a savory beef mole and rice. For dessert, crispy churros made with jerked pumpkin and jackfruit.
